A Nourished Spirit Returns!

Launching in June.

Creating an analog community was a large part of why the Pen2Paper Project was developed. But the desire to gather around a table, connect, tell stories, imbibe and inspire was the foundation of how it all came to life. We're excited to announce a summer series paying homage to the cities, flavors, wines and spirits that enrich our lives and stoke our creativity. These mini workshops will feature some of our favorite shakers, makers, writers and creators! Hope to see you there!

Pen2Paper PALS Project is here.

Supporting St. Vincent Meals on Wheels.

There's never been a more important time to create community. Our Senior Citizens are some of the most impacted by our current global crisis, and we've created the Pen2Paper PALS Project to connect those most isolated to the world through an age old practice; letter writing. Please join us to help these Seniors in need.

"To send a letter is a good way to go somewhere without moving anything but your heart.”

While there may be no science to prove it – getting mail may be the greatest joy and entirely unaffected by age. Allowing yourself to organically tell someone that you care about them enough to find a card, be considerate with the words you write and stamp it, is a beautiful gesture of kindness that will be received with great gratitude. You’ll also feel as good as the recipient.

Please join us as we connect Seniors of the St. Vincent Meals on Wheels community, safely, to bring a little joy to those that are most isolated through the Pen2Paper PALS Project.

If you can observe the following, we'd love to have you join this important effort:

  • Must be 18+

  • Participate in a minimum of four (4) exchanges with your assigned Meals on Wheels Pen Pal.

  • Include a stamped, self-addressed envelope to accompany each letter, so that the Meals on Wheels members can enjoy this experience with ease.

  • Respond to correspondence within a week of receipt.

  • Sender agrees not to discuss politics, personal information, flirt, send money/gifts, or attempt to directly content the Meals on Wheels participant for their safety.

  • Letters will be sent directly to St. Vincent Meals on Wheels and distributed with weekly meal drops.
